How your order gets to you. The binding wording is in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions; this page explains it in plain language. Nothing here limits your legal rights.
Where we ship
We sell and ship only to addresses in the United States. Your quote shows the shipping cost as its own line; when your quote marks shipping as free, it says so.
Delivery and pickup
- Delivery. Products ship from a manufacturer’s warehouse or from our own stock, whichever can serve you best. Large or heavy orders may ship by freight and may need someone to receive them. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- Pickup. If your quote says Pickup, it shows the warehouse. We tell you when your order is ready, and you collect it there.
- More than one shipment. A larger order can arrive in several shipments, and some items come straight from a manufacturer’s warehouse, so parts of your order can arrive on different days. We show the carrier and tracking details for each shipment when we have them.
- Delays. If we learn that your order will be materially late, we will tell you before the date we gave you whenever we can. You can then wait for the new date, or cancel the delayed items and receive a prompt refund of what you paid for them.
When your order arrives
- Inspect it before you sign. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- Tell us within 3 days about damage, missing items or wrong items, with photos or video. Carriers and manufacturers set short claim windows, so a quick report protects your claim.
- If damage or a defect is hidden and you find it later, tell us as soon as you do. A later report does not cancel your legal rights.
- See Returns for what happens next.
